Oven Crisp Chicken Wings
1/3 cup flour
1 TBS paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
3 TBS butter
10 chicken wings, tipsremoved
1. Cut wings at joints.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
3. Be sure wings are thawed and drythem well with paper towels.
4. Combine flour, paprika, garlicsalt, black pepper, cayenne in a plastic bag.
5. Shake to mix ingredients and addwings.
6. Line a large baking sheet withfoil and melt the butter on it. (Makes for easy clean up.)
7. Add wings to baking sheet andturn to coat.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Turn wings over and bake for 15more minutes, or until crispy and done.
Ready in 1 hour and 5minutes. Serves 4.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 ¼ cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks butter,softened)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12 oz package) NestléToll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, saltin small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in largemixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after addition.Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by roundedtablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until goldenbrown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
